By now we have all heard about Colorado's Amendment 64 being passed late last year, allowing Colorado residents to have small amounts of marijuana legally.  Small amounts...Nearly two pounds of marijuana and a stolen gun were recovered during a traffic stop on Interstate 25 north of Fort Collins early Tuesday morning.

26-year-old Shane Wagner, a former Loveland resident currently living in Belle Fourche, S.D., was charged with felony possession of marijuana, theft by receiving, driving while canceled/denied and speeding (110 mph).   The passenger, Jeremy Christopherson of Spearfish was charged with felony possession of marijuana and theft by receiving.
