Whether you're hoping to run your first 5K, or are a seasoned veteran at them, there are several exciting run/walks in Wyoming over the next month and most of them are for great causes.

    Cheyenne Superday 5K

    The 36th annual Cheyenne Superday is on Saturday, June 23th and there will be both a 5K and a 10K.

    Challenge for Charities 5K

    4th of July racers flock to Lander for this event that has helped raise over $1.79 million for charities the past seven years. There's a 5K, half marathon, and a 1K.

    Will Run For Cannoli

    This Cheyenne race is fun for the entire family. On July 7th, racers meet at Children's Village and race around Lion's Park. PS - there will be homemade, Sicillian cannoli at the finish line.

    Sneakers and Spurs 5K

    Sneakers and Spurs is held in conjunction with the WYO Rodeo weekend in Sheridan and also features a 1.5 mile walk event. The 5K course takes you through historic downtown Sheridan on July 13th.

    Project SAFE Inc. Color 5K

    Wheatland racers can run, walk, or push a stroller in this fun color run. A live DJ will provide entertainment and proceeds go to a great cause.
