UNDATED (AP) — Gonzaga (gahn-ZA'-guh) winds up on top in the final Associated Press top-25 men's basketball poll.

The Bulldogs hauled in 45 of 65 first place votes after finishing the season with a 31-2 record and another West Coast Conference title.

No. 2 Louisville gets the remaining 20 votes. Rounding out the top five are Kansas, Indiana and Miami. The second five consist of Duke, Ohio State, Georgetown, Michigan State and Michigan.

Baylor, Stanford, Notre Dame and UConn claim top seeds, top of the pole

UNDATED (AP) — Baylor has claimed the first overall seed in the upcoming women's basketball tournament as the Lady Bears try to become the fourth different school to win consecutive national championships.

Baylor heads the Oklahoma City Region after running its record to 32-1. The lone loss came in November against Stanford, which has drawn the No. 1 seed in the Spokane Region.

Notre Dame is the top seed in the Norfolk Regional, while Big East rival Connecticut grabbed the No. 1 seed in the Bridgeport Region.

Baylor also has finished No. 1 in the final Associated Press women's basketball poll for the second straight year, receiving all 40 first-place votes. The Lady Bears topped the poll for the final 11 weeks.

Notre Dame is second, followed by UConn, Stanford and Duke.
