Cold, skies beginning to clear

A few snow showers will linger mainly over the mountains of southern Wyoming today.  Otherwise, cold temperatures and clearing skies from north to south can be expected.  Casper will be mostly sunny, breezy and not as cold on Thursday.  Building high pressure will begin to bring warmer weather back to the  entire state on Thursday.  Friday and the weekend then will be mostly sunny, breezy and unseasonably mild Casper and all of Wyoming
