The University of Wyoming Cowboys men's basketball team are peaking at the right time of the season. Last night the Pokes (17-9, 8-5) ended the Fresno State Bulldogs five game winning streak 72-66. "Senior guard Nathen Sobey posted a career-high 26 points and the University of Wyoming men's basketball team made a season-high 33 free throws to grind out a 72-66 Mountain West victory over Fresno State. The Cowboys played the last 14 minutes without junior forward Larry Nance Jr. after he suffered a knee injury, but still managed to snap a five-game winning streak for Fresno State."http://www.gowyo.com/sports/m-baskbl/recaps/021814aaa.html

The Cowboys will take on their nemesis from Colorado, in the guise of the Colorado State Rams Saturday in Fort Collins. That game can be heard on our sister station AM 1030 KTWO.
