First Night Success!

There just isn't a lot to do on New Years Eve that is not centered around alcohol use/parties and the bars and that is family oriented and alcohol and drug free. Just isn't. But this New Years Eve First Night (second year) was a blast. Congratulations to all that put it together. It's a lot harder than it looks. Coordinating something like that is so hard and tedious. Well done to all at the 12/24 club. I've never seen Ice Sculpting. It was awesome. My fries were hot which was important because it was cold out side. My coffee was perfect. The bus rides were fun and exciting. The different venues were entertaining. I'd of liked a little more music and a little more excitement but all in all it was well done. And the fireworks were....perfect. Wonderful way to end my year. Clean...sober...entertained and truly with a sense of happiness in my heart to be in this community that tries...truly tries to offer something other than the bars. Well done....
