Plan to see a special free showing of "I See the Crowd Roar,” an open-captioned movie featuring the story of William “Dummy” Hoy, a deaf baseball player, who was able to achieve things unthinkable in a time and place that had great prejudice towards people with disabilities.

This one time showing will be on Friday, August 16th at 4pm at the Iris Stadium 8 Theatre, 230 W. Yellowstone Highway, Casper, WY. A second showing of this movie will be shown in Cheyenne sometime in September or October.

This movie is being shown courtesy of Wyoming Relay a program of the Department of Workforce Services. Wyoming Relay is a service that gives individuals with hearing loss and speech disabilities access on the telephone.
