Housing Authority Asks Casper to Help Displaced Residents of Skyler Inn
The following is a call to action posted on the Casper Housing Authority's Facebook page:
"We are working with CAP and Interfaith to place the folks from the Skyler Inn, however, many of them have no furniture. We are looking for donations of beds, living room furniture, dining tables and linens. (towels, sheets, curtains, blinds, dishes and cookware). Everything is useful. UPDATE: "Our friends at Wyoming Food for Thought Project have agreed to let us store furniture and household items for those who are displaced from the Skyler Inn and the Star Apartments. Bring your gently used items to their warehouse at 315 N. Wolcott between 10 am and 2:00 pm tomorrow - Saturday. CHA staff will be on hand to help unload.
