Ghostly adventures await local ghost hunters!  Fort Caspar Museum and the Paranormal Research Society of Casper are hosting "Ghosts of the Fort" on Friday and Saturday, October 12th and 13th. The hour long tours will begin every 15 minutes with the first tour leaving at 6:30 pm and the last leaving at 9:45 pm.This is a ticketed event, and advanced purchased is advised. The $4.00 tickets will be available beginning Monday, September 17th and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Tours include a presentation and discussion of the paranormal-seeking equipment used by the society, followed by tours of some buildings at the fort.

This year, young members of the PRSC will be offering tours specifically for their peers at 6:30 pm and 6:45 pm; only kids ages 8 through 14 will be allowed on those two tours.  Tours for the public of all ages will begin at the following times:  7:00 pm; 7:15 pm; 7:30 pm; 7:45 pm; 8:00 pm; 8:15 pm; 8:30 pm; 8:45 pm; 9:00 pm; 9:15 pm; 9:30 pm; and 9:45 pm.  Only ten spaces are available for each tour, and children under eight years of age are discouraged.
In September, Fort Caspar Museum is open daily from 8:00 am to 5 pm, and admission is $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for youth (ages 13-18 years), and FREE for children (12 years and younger).  Beginning October 1st, admission prices are cut in half as the fort buildings close for the season.  The Museum remains open year round, but the hours switch to Tuesdays thru Saturdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  For information call 307-235-8462 or visit our web site at www.fortcasparwyoming.com<http://www.fortcasparwyoming.com>.  Fort Caspar Museum is located at 4001 Fort Caspar Road.
