One has to put this cross town rivalry basketball game into perspective. It's not the Peach Basket. It's a game that has meaning for a lot of high school kids in the city of Casper. It's a conference game. Tonight the NCHS Mustangs will leave the confines of Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym with a smile on their face and a song in their hearts. They took down their cross town rivals the Kelly Walsh Trojans 50-41. Look for the rematch up at the Events Center in the Peach Basket to be quite the competition. Tonight for the Trojans leading scorer was Trener Hilldebrand. For the Mustangs it was Parker Browning with nine. I'm biased. Nice job Parker. He's my nephew. The Peach Basket Brawl will be like no other basketball game this year. Remember where you heard it first.
