From a press release,

The Casper Recreation Center has a new session of the popular TaeKwon-Do classes beginning April 17 for ages 8 and up, unless accompanied by an adult.

TaeKwon-Do is a Korean form of Karate involving the skilled application of punches, kicks, blocks and dodges with bare hands and feet. Beginners meet two times a week on Tuesday and Thursday, Advanced class meets Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30-7:00 pm.

For further information or to register, please call the Casper Recreation Center at 235-8383, stop by at 1801 E 4th St or go online at Activecasper.com.

(I personally, and whole heartedly recommend Tae Kwon Do for children.  The discipline, the respect that they gain for others and themselves, the self esteem, on and on.  I have seen Tae Kwon Do change a youngster's life, and  this is a good program worth looking into.)
