It was a smoky experience for much of the day on Thursday and the haze and smoke is going to continue for a few more days. Though the cooler weather is nice for out door activities the ban on all types of out door fires still continues for Natrona County. That means over night campers up on Casper Mountain, for the Bear Trap Summer Festival, will have to find creative ways to  roast marshmallows, create smores, and cook burgers. The smoke our city is enduring is from a fire that in the Ferris mountains, south of Martin's Cove.  So even though festival lovers will have to utilize a few more blankets after the sun goes down during the day the music is definitely going to sizzle. Marshall Tucker takes the stage Saturday at 5:30 pm and headliner Steve Earle opens at 5:00 pm Sunday.
