Prostitution Sting By Casper Police, FBI Leads To Seven Arrests
Seven people have been arrested in a prostitution sting by undercover officers in Casper over the past several days.
Thus far, five men and two women have been arrested.
Christina Foster, 32, and Chayasura Walker, 37, were each arrested on recommended charges of prostitution and marijuana possession.
Bryan Anthony Buechter, John Jerrad Hall, Marcus Alan Harley, Martin Dale Sumrall and Robert E. Clark were each arrested on a charge of soliciting prostitution.
Charging papers say the men were arrested after they each responded to an advertisement for "paid escort services" posted by undercover officers, with at least one ad posted on craigslist.org.
The men, separately, allegedly arrived at a predetermined location in Casper and asked to pay $80-$100 for sexual services from undercover officers.
The undercover officers facilitated the deals beforehand, and the men were arrested when they "arrived to engage in the act," according to court documents.
The women were allegedly advertising as paid escorts and agreed in separate instances to perform sex acts on undercover officers for $150 and $220, respectively. In each arrest, once the woman arrived, the officer gave a predetermined signal to other authorities and the suspect was arrested.
