The Rockies Shut out the Diamonbacks 4-0 last night in Phoenix.  Colorado rookie Christian Friedrich pitched four-hit ball for seven innings and the Rockies won for the seventh time in eight games. The Rockies are at the Diamondbacks again tonight.  The game is at 7:40 on Root Sports.

ROCKIES SELECT OUTFIELDER IN BASEBALL DRAFT
The Rockies selected high school outfielder David Dahl out of Oak Mountain High School in Birmingham, Ala., with the 10th pick of the Major League Baseball amateur draft.  Dahl hit .412 for Oak Mountain last season, in his senior year, with 3 home runs and 18 stolen bases. He is committed to play at Auburn in college next season.

NBA PLAYOFFS

NBA last night:  The Thunder outscored the San Antonio Spurs 108-103 last night in game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.  OKC has won 3-in-a-row and now leads the series 3-2.  The Thunder could close it out tomorrow in Oklahoma City.

NHL STANLEY CUP FINALS

The Kings blanked the Devils 4-0 last night in Los Angeles in game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals and lead the series 3 games to none.  The Kings will go for the sweep on Wednesday night in L.A.

AVS SIGN McLEOD TO A 3-YEAR DEAL

The Avalanche have signed left-winger Cody McLeod to a 3-year contract yesterday worth $3.45 million. McLeod appeared in 75 games for the Avalanche, scoring 6 goals and 5 assists, with a team-high 164 penalty minutes.
