Rockies Sweep The Astros!

The Rockies completed a 4-game sweep of the Astros with an 11-5 win last night at Coors Field. CarGo hit a 3-run homer is the 1st inning setting a team record for 4 home runs in 4 straight at bats. Tonight the Rockies start a 3-game series at home with the 1st Places Dodgers, who lead Colorado by 10 1/2 games. Tonight's game is at 6:40 on Root Sports.

TULO PLACED ON THE DL

Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki has been placed on the 15-day disabled list because of a strained left groin. Infielder Chris Nelson has been activated to take Tulo's roster spot. Tulowitzki underwent an MRI and the left groin injury is worse than when he first hurt it in the second game of the season.
