Salt Creek Days To Be Celebrated In Midwest This Weekend [VIDEO]

Grab your family and friends an head out to Midwest/Edgerton this weekend for Salt Creek Days, Friday-Sunday (August 10th- 12th) with activities for everyone.A parade is planned along  with the community picnic and a golf tournament played on a mowed prairie with sand greens. All MHS Alumni are encouraged to  attend as several class reunions will take place.

No glass or pets are allowed in Midwest Park nor Moses Field

Here's the schedule of events:

Softball Tournament
Starts Friday night at 6:00 p.m. & goes through Sunday. The softball tournament takes breaks so people can join in other events.

Golf Tournament
Held Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m.

Parade
Line up Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
Parade starts at 10:00 a.m.

Kids' Carnival Games
Starts Saturday afternoon at the Midwest Park.

Volleyball Tournament
Starts Saturday afternoon.

Community Dance
Held at the Midwest park pavilion at 7:00 p.m. Saturday. For ALL ages.

Horseshoe Tournament
Starts Sunday morning.

Community Picnic
An ALL community picnic will be held at the Midwest Clinic yard (old Senior Center building).
