State Tournament Brackets Set for Casper Schools

The 4A Regional Tournament is finished and the brackets for next weeks state tournaments are set to be played right here in Casper begenning Thursday..

Like they have all year the NC Fillies played consistent and tough minded basketball and  have won their regional tournament and advance to the State Tournament in Casper. The Fillies took down Rock Springs last night 58-16 winning the West Regional Tournament and will be playing Thursday evening against Laramie at 6pm up at Swede Erickson Gym on the campus of Casper College,  in the first round of the State Tournament here in Casper.

On the boys side the Kelly Walsh Trojans boys basketball team came in to the regional championship game as a three seed and last night took down the number one seed, Riverton 57-48. The Trojans won the regional tournament earning them a number one seed at state with their first game on Thursday against Cheyenne Central at noon up at Swede Erickson gym on the Campus of Casper College.
