AC/DC‘s fans are definitely of all stripes and now we have proof that they’re also well represented in other, let’s just say, species, too.

Axl Rose and Guns N’ Roses continue to surprise fans with unexpected additions to the set lists of their American tour. Last week in Indianapolis, Black Label Society‘s Zakk Wylde joined the band to perform a pretty heavy version of AC/DC‘s ‘Whole Lotta Rosie.’

Technology is providing new avenues of enjoyment on multiple platforms powered by Apple. AC/DC is the latest band to unveil an app for Apple's iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices.

AC/DC‘s classic song ‘Shoot to Thrill’ has been summoned into battled again, this time in the trailer for ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3,’ that will be released at midnight Nov. 8 and likely go on to become this year’s No. 1 video game, reports USA Today.

Board games have always been a part of the American Landscape. From facelifts that include popular movies to television shows and even sports branding their boxes, the original versions seem out of date. More so now with many rock-n-roll stars putting their names on games.

Brian Johnson frontman for AC/DC confirmed the band will release a new live CD/DVD this spring. He didn't give a specific release date, but stated that it should be released "in about six weeks."

Who among us at one time or another hasn't wished for a mechanical bull in our living room?
