What up people? I hope everyone had a marvelous Thanksgiving! Football was again great! Denver rolled over KC although not without a little concern for Peyton. He got hit hard and had to have a concussion test on the sideline and thankfully he passed it and came back in to play.

I tell ya, the game is definitely rough. Thanksgiving day the Lions hosted the Texans and Ndamukong Suh was again in the middle of controversy. I watched the replay a number of times, and the NFL concurs that the kick to Matt Schaub was not intentional.

New England clobbered the Jets, as I expected. Chicago handled Minnesota easily; I wish I could have said the same about the Packers and Giants. What a huge disappointment that game was. Is it just me or does it seem like Sunday night games are like that? One team ends up getting blown away.

So the playoff picture is quite interesting. There are a number of teams in the hunt for a wildcard berth. One of them, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are really looking good. I thought they were going to win against Atlanta last weekend, but again the Falcons squeaked one out in overtime.

Right now there are two 6-5 teams projected to be in the wildcard round and that is Pittsburgh and Seattle. They both lost last weekend but should bounce back. Big Ben might play this weekend from what I have heard.

The big scuttlebutt right now is who is going to get the start in San Francisco? Jim Harbaugh hasn’t made it clear which of his quaterbacks will get the nod on Sunday. I would think he will go with Alex Smith.

I will be cheering for the Big Red this weekend as they play Wisconsin for the Big Ten championship!

That is just my opinion, keep it real!
