The folks at Topps are thinking throwback for this year's run of Topps Archives baseball cards -- and to add a little something extra for buyers looking to pick up some truly special collector's items, they're adding signed, limited-edition cards featuring some of the biggest names in '80s rock.

If it seems like an odd combination to you, you're not alone -- but if you've ever wanted an autographed baseball card featuring the likeness of Motley Crue's Tommy Lee, Twisted Sister's Dee Snider, or former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach, this is probably your one and only chance to get it.

You'll need a lot of luck on your side to pick them up, though: Beckett News (via Bravewords) reports that only 25 copies of each card will be printed (on metal, natch). Mark your calendars for May 29, when the 2013 Topps Archive sets arrive in your local card and comics shop, and head down on the big day to try and get lucky. Here's the complete list of artists taking part in the promotion:

Tommy Lee
Kip Winger
Reb Beach of Winger and Whitesnake
Lita Ford
Bobby Brown
Stephen Pearcy of Ratt
Scott Ian of Anthrax
Dee Snider
