Natrona County is under a Winter Weather Advisory as our first significant snowstorm continues to impact areas east of the Divide, according to the National Weather Service in Riverton.

NWS Meteorologists say we can expect periods of snow through the day into tonight, with accumulations of two to five inches. The system will push east of the area late tonight, but another storm system is expected to move across the area on Wednesday.

Officials say to plan on slippery road conditions and reduced visibility at times.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. You can find the latest road conditions at wyoroad.info, or by calling 5 1 1.
