As Summer comes to an official end on Sunday, several areas of Wyoming are seeing their first snowfall of the season.

Reports of snow in northwest Wyoming include the Tetons, Yellowstone Nationa Park, areas of the Bighorn Range and Togwotee Pass. While the snowfall was light, freezing temperatures accompanied the system that moved through western Wyoming.

According to the National Weather Service office in Riverton, higher elevations in Wyoming could see significant snowfall next week.

Fall officially arrives Sunday afternoon at 2:44 p.m.
