Wyoming safety Andrew Wingard has made the list of the top 25 players returning to college football for the 2018 season.

Wingard is a two-time First Team All-Mountain West honoree. He finished second on the team in tackles with 114 last season. Wingard had 70 unassisted tackles and 44 assists.
