Endangered Persons Advisory for Woman and Two Children, Believed to have been in Casper-area Tuesday Afternoon

The Wyoming Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Persons Advisory on behalf of the Sheridan Police Department for a WHI 2016 Ford Expedition with license plate WY/03-9575, believed to have been in the Casper area around 3:00 p.m. on Feb. 19.

Driver of the vehicle is non-custodial parent named Erin Garretson; she is a white female, 5'4" and about 165 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes.
