It’s Important That Wyoming Dudes Get Guy Nights
There are people who will not agree with guy nights, two nights per week, but psychologists say we need them.
The study was released a couple of years ago but has just resurfaced, and I feel it's important to remind people about it.
Psychologist Robin Dunbar and his team found that regular social interactions, or “guys’ nights”, help reduce depression, strengthen the immune system, and accelerate recovery from illnesses.
If you're having difficulty coping with life's stress or rebounding from an illness, guy time is the answer.
