The 2024 high school football season debuts today and tomorrow across Wyoming. Class 4A schools begin with five games in their division. The rest of the classes choose whether or not they are playing a game or scrimmaging this week. Others are just practicing and will not play until next week. WyoPreps is not tracking any scrimmage scores, as these are not official games.

This is the Week 0 Scoreboard. This is the spot to find game scores throughout this opening weekend. You can also help with score updates by submitting scores to WyoPreps. Please be aware, that the app takes longer to update than the site.

Friday, Aug. 30

Class 4A

Final Score: #1 Sheridan 79 Cheyenne South 0 - Broncs scored 8 offensive TDs, plus a punt return TD, a defensive TD, and 2 safeties in the 1st half en route to their 32nd win in a row. South falls for the 39 straight time.

Final Score: #2 Cheyenne East 37 Laramie 6 - East ran for 294 yards and 4 TDs. Brown had 149 yards and 1 TD. Pacheco added 103 yards and 2 TDs rushing. East took advantage of 5 Laramie turnovers.

Final Score: #3 Campbell County 34 Kelly Walsh 0 - Drube found Gibson for 2 long TD passes. Rosenau added 2 TD runs. Camels also scored on defense and blocked a field goal.

Final Score: Rock Springs 23 Cheyenne Central 16 - Tigers win the Koepplin debut. Boston James scored 2 second-half TDs for RS.

Final Score: #4 Natrona County 17 #5 Thunder Basin 7 - Brooks' 92-yard kickoff return TD broke a 7-7 tie in the 3rd Qtr and gave the Mustangs the lead for good.

Final Score: #5 Riverton 7 #3 Powell 0 - Wolverines win a defensive slugfest.
