It gets so windy in Casper, Wyoming that porta-pottys need to be anchored down with large cement blocks and heavy straps.

These pottys were tied down and wedged between the blocks as an extra safety measure.

Let's face it, nobody wants these things tipping over while they are in it.

The plastic body will still make that creaking sound, and there might be a little rocking at the top.

But these suckers aren't going anywhere.

Let's face it, the jokes write themselves.

It's probably also important to have the porta-pottys sideways into the wind.

By that I mean, row them up so all of their backs, or fronts, are not taking the full brunt of Wyoming's wind gusts.

Nobody wants to fight the wind while trying to get out.

If this porta-potty company decided to go to such extreme measures, then it must have come from experience.

They have lost or had to clean up tipped-over pottys in the past.

Imagine having to clean that up.

YUCK!

They are NOT going to let a spill happen again.
