There are so many movies and TV shows about zombie apocalypses that it might make a person wonder how they would survive in their state.

One video game/TV show shows us how survival might look in Wyoming. I'm referring to The Last Of Us, which takes place, in part, in what is left of Jackson, Wyoming.

But how would we really do here in Wyoming? Let's think about it a moment.

SPREADING THE INFECTION. Since Wyoming is the least populated state, it would take a lot longer for any zombie infection to spread. In more populated cities and states, everyone would have the infection in a very short period of time due to population density.

Watch below as a zombie horde attacks Jackson, Wyoming, in The Last of Us.

LONG HARD WALK. Zombies would have to travel a long way in sparsely populated Wyoming and in many cases over some hard terrain. They might be the walking dead, but they would still be tired and hungry if they were able to find where you live at all.

THE MOST WELL-ARMED STATE. Scared of Zombies? HELL NO. Wyoming is hoping this happens. In most of our state, we can see them coming from many miles away. That's when we get to practice our long-range shooting. The few who get close enough will face every kind of gun imaginable as Wyomingites happily rush to try the many different types of guns they own.

Wyoming is one of the few states that is hoping for a zombie apocalypse. We are a little disappointed each year that passes without one.
