The bear apparently followed Garden Creek from Casper Mountain and found itself in off guard and in unfamiliar territory.

Besides the city, other EclipseFest contributors are the publicly funded Downtown Development Authority and the Casper Area Economic Development Alliance.

The Garden Creek area of Casper is one of the most beautiful and sought after places to live.

The past few days have left Casper residents feeling like they live in the Pacific Northwest.  Heavy rains settled upon Casper and brought a welcomed amount of precipitation.  Casper Mountain received ample moisture, evidence of that moisture is now roaring over the Garden Creek Falls.
