The blowing snow is causing havoc with whiteouts and repeated drifting with the city's priorities such as CY Avenue, South McKinley Street, and Wyoming Boulevard.

Deposit snow from driveways, parking lots and the sidewalks on lawns and landscaping, which will benefit the fauna when the inevitable spring arrives.

It is especially important for recreational vehicles to be removed from the city streets during the winter months due to drifting and blowing snow.

The project will be done in phases. Access will be maintained to businesses along Carnation Street during the project.

Moving to Casper was an easy choice. It did not take long to feel at home. From Casper Mountain to the friendly people, the town fit like a comfortable shirt. It covered all the right places, and a little worn around the edges.
