Body Identified as Missing Casper Man Kolton Stoner

The body of a missing Casper man has been positively identified.

20 yr-old, Kolton Stoner, was found dead near the Split Rock rest stop in western Natrona County.

According to Natrona County Coroner, Connie Jacobson, dental records were used to make a positive identification.
