When a Frontier Airlines flight from Washington, D.C., to Denver was diverted to Cheyenne, Wyo. because of severe weather on Monday, the captain paid for pizza for an entire plane full of passengers after he realized his passengers hadn't eaten in 7 hours.

After circling western Nebraska for a while, the weather kept the flight out of Denver International and with fuel running low, they diverted to Cheyenne Regional Airport, and extended the 3 hour flight to 7 hours. That’s when the Captain announced over the intercom:

Ladies and gentleman, Frontier Airlines is known for being one of the cheapest airlines in the US, but your captain is not cheap,I just ordered pizza for the entire plane.” According to Denver’s Fox 31 TV.
