Law enforcement officers caught two men who escaped from the Casper Re-entry Center on Wednesday night, Natrona County Sheriff’s Sgt. Aaron Shatto said Thursday.

Tomray Little Owl and Nicholas Not Afraid crawled through a window in the lockdown area of the CRC, 10007 Landmark Lane, and scaled a fence about 9:30 p.m., Shatto said.

Little Owl, 24, was injured when he fell from the fence and was found about 200 yards away, he said.

The Sheriff’s Office and other agencies conducted a search of the area and found Not Afraid, 22, near Oil Drive at 1:33 a.m., Shatto said.

They were booked into the Natrona County Detention Center, he said.

Little Owl and Not Afraid are federal prisoners, and the case has been turned over to the FBI.

Shatto said he did not know what their alleged crimes are nor when they entered the CRC.

Other agencies that assisted in the incident were the Wyoming Highway Patrol and the Casper and Mills police departments.
