The Farmer’s Almanac says we’ll turn colder and start getting snow mid-November and turn frigid with snowstorms in December. It’s no surprise to Wyomingites. What is a surprise is that we have Indian Summer warm weather that allows us world class fishing in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The fishing is “reel good” to excellent in Wyoming, with some of the best with Snowy Range and North Platte River – Gray Reef, according to the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, with more from wyomingflyfishing and grayreefanglers.

Now let’s cook up dinner. I like simple and easy fish preparation with quality ingredients. This recipe really piqued my curiosity and appetite. Whole trout simply seasoned, stuffed with lemons and herbs and baked until beautifully crisp.
