Congresswoman Liz Cheney to Speak During Memorial Day Services in Casper

If you're planning on attending the Memorial day services at the Oregon Trail Wyoming State Veteran's Cemetery this Memorial Day, you might want to get there a bit early.

The services are hosted each year by the Natrona County United Veterans Council and this year will feature remarks from Wyoming's newest congress representative - Liz Cheney.

Memorial Day services will begin at 11am with an invocation and presentation of colors by the Casper NCHS Jr Army ROTC.

All attending will join in the singing of our National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance.

Several Wyoming dignitaries will be in attendance and many will speak during the services on Memorial Day.

The service will conclude with the laying of wreaths along with a rifle salute, prior to the playing of Taps.

The Oregon Trail Wyoming State Veteran's Cemetery is located at 80 Veterans Rd, in Evansville, WY.
