Nirvana's" Nevermind" is lauded as an album that completely changed the way America rocked when it was released September 24,  1991. It did replace Michael Jackson at the top of the Billboard charts, January 11, 1992."Smells Like Teen Spirit," was an angry sounding song that went on to become the song of the decade, yet there are still many people who have no idea of the songs true lyrics.
