Much of Wyoming, including Casper, is set to see temperatures fall below freezing overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning.

Temperatures are expected to fall below 32 F by roughly midnight and decrease to between 20 F and 25 F by 6 a.m. Thursday.

The National Weather Service says several hours of sub-freezing temperatures may lead to a killing freeze for the area, with crops or other sensitive vegetation impacted.

Also included in the freeze watch area are the cities of Cheyenne, Gillette, Douglas, Riverton, Rock Springs, Laramie, Cody, Greybull, Buffalo, Worland, Thermopolis and Lander.
