Furiously Barking Dogs Have No Clue They Should Be Fighting

Their bark is worse than their bite.

In the most extreme example of "all talk, no action" you will ever see, two dogs bark like crazy at each other without seeming to realize they could get physical since the fence separating them ends.

Sounds like there's an awful lot of canine trash talking, with neither one of them aware that there's nothing to stop them from backing it up.
