I've always been a BIG sneezer. You know the kind, windows rattling, scaring the snot out of people and after it's over, you feel better.

We're approaching that time of year when the trees will start budding and allergens will be floating through the air and right into your nose. You get that weird tingle, your eyes start fluttering, you start breathing a little quicker and then ACHOOOOOOOOO...

For as long as I can remember, almost every morning I'll have 3 to 4 BIG sneezes, then I continue on with my day. During the spring, it gets a little worse. Add in the itchy, watery eyes and runny nose.

I'm always wondering how I can stop the sneezing before it starts, and I may've found the answers.

I'm a research guy, who's known to take deep dives through the internet to find everything I can on certain subjects and trying to stop sneezing is the latest search.

I stumbled upon information from Florida Wellness Institute health educator Dr. Julie Gatza, that has 6 simple tips to fight the sneezes before the tickle begins.

Her goal is to give her patients natural possible solutions for fighting the sneezes and keep the nasty side-effects of medicines away. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of taking sneeze medicines that make you feel groggy or crappy in other ways. So I was interested to see what her thoughts were.

After looking over them, they seem pretty basic, but effective. I'll definitely be switching my shower routine and keeping an eye on the allergen numbers a little closer now.
