Manraze Release Free Download of ‘Over My Dead Body’

After more than 20 years with Def Leppard, guitarist Phil Collen is moonlighting with another outfit: Manraze. The group, which also features Simon Laffy from Girl and the Sex Pistols‘ Paul Cook, just released its new single ‘Over My Dead Body’ — and you can now download it for free.

The song is from the band’s recently released album ‘punkfunkrootsrock’ and has been wildly popular, reaching its download limit within its first 10 minutes of release over the Christmas holiday. It’s since been downloaded thousands of times, while Manraze’s cover version of Jimi Hendrix‘s classic tune ‘Fire’ (which we’ve previously reviewed) has given the band another hit — it’s currently No. 1 on iHeartRadio.com’s “Rock On Demand” chart.
