Mild and breezy

Today and Tuesday will be very nice across Casper and

Wyoming.  A ridge of high pressure will create warmer than normal temperatures, mostly sunny skies and dry, breezy conditions.  A chance of showers and thunderstorms will then develop across the eastern third of the state come Wednesday.
