There were manydisappointments growing up in a strained financial household. We all had parents that did the best they could to fulfill the dreams of their kids. The simple things in life were more than enough on some occasions.

 With all the disappointments there was never a time I considered to fight with one or the other parent. Not matter how tough I may have thought I was, certainly I was not stupid.
