A man could be sentenced to hundreds of years of imprisonment on charges related to a young victim telling police he had "basically been raping [her] for a long time."

Aaron A. Rushing, 38, faces seven counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and one count of possession of child pornography.

Rushing could be sentenced to 80 years to 402 years in prison if convicted on all counts. He pleaded not guilty to all charges Friday morning during his arraignment before Natrona County District Court Judge Daniel Forgey.

Court documents say a 15- or 16-year-old told Casper police in February he had accidentally found child pornography on a flash drive belonging to Rushing.

The child pornography allegedly depicted the teenager's relative.

In an interview at the Children's Advocacy Project in Casper, the relative -- who was 14 or 15 years old at the time -- reportedly said Rushing had "basically been raping [her] for a long time."

She detailed numerous sexual assaults that happened in a camper and in the basement of a home in Natrona County, according to an affidavit.

An investigator with the Natrona County Sheriff's Office interviewed Rushing that same day. Rushing allegedly spoke at length about having pornographic images of children on a USB drive.

Rushing also reportedly detailed sexual contact and sexual intrusion he had with the victim from February 2015 through December 2016, according to charging papers.

During the last incident, Rushing allegedly asked the victim to take her clothes off, but she refused. He reportedly pulled her shirt off anyway and assaulted her, but the victim managed to put her shirt back on and get away.
