New Casper Motor Vehicle Noise Ordinance Proposed

A group of Casper motorcycle and truck owners are seeking support tomorrow (September 1st, 2015) at City Council's public hearing. A new noise ordinance is being proposed to return all vehicles to factory exhaust standards. This will include all motorcycles, pick-ups, hot rods and classics.
