Casper Police have released the name of the man they think was driving the pickup involved in the hit-and-run accident with a cyclist on Friday.

He is 25-year-old Michael Allen Carpenter. He is 6’01”, 135 lbs, brown hair blue eyes. Casper Police are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to call them at (307) 235-8278.

No definitive word on the condition of the cyclist who is said to be in stable at WMC.
