UPDATE: Rocky Mountain says that power has been restored to Casper.

There has been a large power outage in the central Casper area.

A call to Rocky Mountain Power found that it affected roughly 2600 people in the city.

They told K2 Radio News that the cause is unknown, and crews have been dispatched.

They estimate power will be restored around 2pm.
