Rockies Actually Win One!

The Rockies beat the Brewers 9-6 last night. Every position player for Colorado had at least 1 hit. The last-place Rockies have still lost 2 of their past 3 games. The Rox and Brewers play again tonight in Denver. The game is at 6:40 on Root Sports.

CHACIN TO MAKE ONE MORE START FOR COLORADO SPRINGS

Right-hander Jhoulys Chacin will make one more start for Triple-A Colorado Springs, Thursday against Albuquerque, before he rejoins the Rockies’ four-man rotation. Chacin worked 6 2/3 innings Saturday, allowing three runs and striking out five in a loss to Round Rock. Chacin has been out since the first of May with a nerve irritation in his right pectoral muscle.
