For the 3rd night in a row the Rockies beat the Mets in New York City. Last night Colorado outscored New York 5-2. The Rockies have won 4 in row and 8 of their past 10 games. Today is an afternoon game with the Mets. The game is at 11:10 a.m. on MLB.TV.

CARGO REINSTATED FROM BEREAVEMENT LIST

Rockies All-Star Carlos Gonzalez has been reinstated from the bereavement list. CarGo batted cleanup and played left field last night against the Mets. He missed the previous three games to go home to Venezuela following the death of his grandfather. To make room for Gonzalez, the Rockies sent right-hander Guillermo Moscoso to Triple-A Colorado Springs.

TULO REHABING WITH TULSA

Troy Tulowitzki begins a rehab assignment Friday at Double-A Tulsa. He is scheduled to play five innings for the Drillers. Jason Giambi will join him in Tulsa, serving as the designated hitter Friday. Tulo has been out since May 30th with an injured left groin.
