Strong Winds Blow Over Tree In West Casper

Strong winds have been blasting the Casper area with gusts reaching over 80 MPH.

This tree outside a home on Hawthorne Avenue was completely blown over by the powerful bursts of wind.

Luckily the tree missed the house when it fell and no one was hurt.

This wasn't the only havoc that wind caused today. Earlier this morning, a semi was blown on its side on Outer Drive causing a road closure. Read more about it here.
