In an email, WDH spokeswoman Kim Deti said state health officer Dr. Alexia Harrist approved the order.

The vaccines are available at locations including local public health nursing offices, workplaces, doctors’ offices, pharmacies and retail stores.

Cody Stampede officials say they neither approved nor voted on any positions from a statewide rodeo task force.

The new order also allows gyms to operate, with the restrictions enforced by the business owner.

The loosened restrictions are a result of county residents's sacrifices during the last six weeks.
